Electric heating mixing tank for the open structure, with a heated automatic temperature control, insulation, mixing function; fast heat transfer, to adapt to large temperature difference, easy to clean and so on. Widely used in food (milk) products, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, beverage, oil, chemicals, pigments and other industries as heating, mixing or disinfection treatment. Main technical and structural performance
1, volume: 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 600L, 1000L ~ 5000L.
2, heating method: the use of electric heating rod into the jacket, heating even no cold zone. The jacket is filled with heat transfer oil or water as heating medium, and heat is generated to heat the contents of the tank.
3, material heating temperature: ≤ 100 ℃; material heating time: 30min ~ 90min (depending on the process needs).
4, the temperature control: the use of thermocouple temperature measurement and temperature controller connected to the monitoring and control temperature, and can adjust the level of material temperature.
5, the tank: the inner surface of the mirror polishing, roughness Ra ≤ 0.4μm.
6, the cover: for the two open-type movable cover, easy to clean, inside and outside the surface mirror polishing (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4μm).
7, the bottom of the tank structure: the spinning process into the R angle, and the tank body welding, no dead after polishing, put the net material without retention.
8, jacket form: full jacket, used to join the heat transfer oil or water, so that the work to achieve the best temperature and cooling purposes.
9, insulation materials: filled with pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane pouring foam, to maintain the temperature difference with the outside world, to achieve thermal insulation effect.
10, the shell surface treatment: mirror polished or 2B primary color matte or 2B matte surface matt treatment.
11, mixing device: the top center of the mixing, reducer output shaft and stirring paddle shaft with a loose connection, easy disassembly and cleaning.
12, stirring speed: 15 ~ 120r / min (constant speed); stirring paddle form: frame type, anchor type, blade type, turbine type (according to process requirements).
13, foot form: round tube or hanging ear type.
14, equipment configuration: electrical control box, temperature controller, material import and export, media import and export (into, oil), vent (oil hole) and so on.
